If you have a problem please give a very clear description of what your problem is. If you want to know why a picture was not accepted by a moderator, please give the URL of where we can now view that picture as we are not mind readers and will have no idea if we can't see it!

You need to use the apply tool in the extranet to queue your pictures for publishing. You will not get a sharp gallery until then.
You wont get a gallery until the update. The <insert minor detail here> is (re)generated a little later, but usually within an hour.
